I specialize in working with high-functioning queer and trans adults—often the person everyone else assumes is "doing fine." Many of my clients are successful, capable, and dependable on the outside, while carrying stress, self-doubt, burnout, or unresolved challenges beneath the surface. I provide a space where you can show up fully, explore what’s working and what isn’t, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

In my work, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR to help clients process past trauma, make sense of their experiences, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and build the skills and flexibility needed to move through life's challenges in ways that align with your values.

I’m a New York therapist specializing in supporting high-functioning queer parents - people who often have everything under control, while quietly navigating anxiety, depression, and overwhelm.
I began my career working with children and families before shifting to adult therapy. I’ve developed extensive experience working with queer and trans adults and teens. This background gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to provide thoughtful, affirming care to the LGBTQ community.
